On behalf of the European Center for Circular Building and Transformation (ECCBT) and the Interreg Meuse-Rhine projects RE-USE and Choose2Reuse, we invite you for the Circular EMR Top 2026.
Across the Meuse-Rhine region, governments, knowledge institutions, and market parties are working to accelerate circular construction and housing. While technical solutions already exist, scaling these approaches across borders remains difficult due to differences in legislation, financing structures, and operational practices. The Circular EMR Top 2026 brings together key stakeholders from the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany to address these challenges and to strengthen cross-border cooperation.
During the event, participants gain insight into cross-border obstacles, learn from proven projects, and help shape practical solutions that enable circular building and housing in the region.
